The development work is solely performed using most modern 3D CAD software by creating a virtual machine model. In doing so, beside the optimum functionality of the machine we also pay attention to the reusability of data which are created during the development phase.

Such data do not only serve to elaborate manufacturing documents and documentations, but also to calculate, for computer-aided manufacturing as well as to visualize and simulate the product.

Testing in practice

Our engineers combine theory and practice. In order that nothing is left to chance regarding the product satisfaction, application-specific tests are performed on all machines at which also selected customers are consequently incorporated. This way, any new product firstly has to prove itself during everyday work before it is becoming a firm part of our range of products. The technical analysis helps us to recognize and remove any remaining weak points.

Certification

Anybody who is purchasing one of our machines desires to rely on its safety permanently. To do so, the machine has to fulfill the relevant directives such as the machine and low-voltage directive. In order to guarantee risk-free working with optimum products, our machines are tested and submitted to a risk analysis. Before placing the machines on the market, all relevant systems are again tested by an admitted, independent test institute. The current state-of-the-art is documented by CE declaration of conformity and by the CE label.
